The big picture
The People team's stack has ~30 tools. The Workday migration (Q2-Q3 2027) will consolidate several of them, but that's a year away. In the meantime, the team manually bridges gaps between disconnected systems by downloading CSVs, cross-referencing in spreadsheets, and re-uploading. That manual bridging is the core of what the embed automates.
What CMPRSSN has already automated (live as of July 2026)
- Pay reconciliation agent — catches discrepancies across Paylocity reports weekly
- Leave feed — consolidates Legion reports, uploads to PulpStream via SFTP
- Leave notifications — routes leave status changes to the right managers via Slack
- Minimum wage monitor — tracks multi-state minimum wage compliance
What's still manual (your Month 1 work)
- Paylocity data entry for hires, job changes, terminations
- Onboarding coordination across Greenhouse, Paylocity, Google Drive, Legion
- LMS enrollment and compliance tracking
- The 100+ task job-change checklist in Paylocity
